INGREDIENTS: Rice ﬂour (32%), sugar, corn starch, non-dairy cream (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (derived milk), mono and di glycerides, di potassium phosphate, Amorphous sodium aluminosilicate, soy lecithin, emulsiﬁers (sodium stearoyl lactylate), monoglycerides and fatty acid distillate), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate), sodium aluminum phosphate and anhydrous monocalcium phosphate), deodorized soybean oil, carboxy methyl cellulose (stabilizer), salt and vanilla mix ﬂavourings.

Add the following ingredients to 500 g of Rice premix into a mixer bowl: 120 ml (1/2 cup) of orange juice (or the liquid of your choice) , 145 ml of vegetable oil and 3 eggs (190 g approx.)
Beat for 1 minute at low speed and 4 minutes at high speed. Deposit the dough half way into a greased deep baking tin (deeper than 2”).
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 150ºC (302 ºF) or until done.
