Our GF & DF Vanilla Cookies, have a delicate outer crust and soft, tender middle that makes nearly impossible to stop eating them. They are quick and easy to make and can be prepared with minimal mess.

Easy to make in 3 simple steps:
Add (water, butter/ dairy free alternative, eggs/egg replacement) + Beat + Bake.
Makes around 60 cookies of 4 cm diameter each.
Contains 1 vacuum sealed package inside of 17.65 oz / 500g. This vacuum packing is aimed to preserve the quality and stability of our mix.
INGREDIENTS: Rice ﬂour (46.5%), maltodextrin, corn starch, sorbitol, deodorized soybean oil, mixture of natural and artiﬁcial vanilla ﬂavouring, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminium phosphate and anhydrous mono calcium phosphate, carboxy methyl cellulose, salt and sucralose (artiﬁcial sweetener).

Add the following ingredients in a mixer bowl: 500 g of vanilla cookies premix, 4 tbsp. of water, 1 stick of melted margarine (125 g) and 2 small eggs (75 g).
Beat for 3 minutes at low speed.Form cookie and place in greased pan.
Bake at 150 ºC (302 ºF) for 15 to 17 minutes.
