This versatile multi-purpose baking Gluten Free Savoury Rice Premix, is ideal for people who love baking but do not have enough time, as it is very easy to prepare.

Prepare delicious savoury biscuits, blinis, muffins, bread-sticks and much more.

Easy to prepare in 3 simple steps: Add (water, butter, eggs /egg replacement) + Beat + Bake.

According to the recipe it makes around 84 mini-muffins, 96 bread-sticks, 120 mini-blinis, 70 savoury biscuits of 4 cm diameter, and so on.

Contains 1 vacuum sealed package inside of 17.65 oz / 500g. This vacuum packing is aimed to preserve the quality and stability of our mix.

INGREDIENTS: Rice flour (47.5%), maltodextrin dextrose, tapioca starch, non-dairy cream (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (derived milk), mono and di glycerides, di potassium phosphate, amorphous sodium aluminosilicate, soy lecithin, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminium sulphate and anhydrous monocalcium phosphate), salt, deodorized soybean oil, emulsifier (sodium stearoyl lactylate), carboxy methyl cellulose (stabilizer) and artificial butter flavouring.

         For Savoury Biscuits and Sticks:

Add the following ingredients in a mixer bowl: 500 g savoury mix,2 tbsp. of water (10 ml), 1 of melted margarine (125 g) and 2 small eggs (75 g).

Beat for 3 minutes at low speed. Form cookie or stick to taste and place in greased pan.

Bake at 150 ºC for 15 minutes.

         For Savoury Muffins:

Add the following ingredients in a mixer bowl: 500 g of Rice premix, 3/4 of melted margarine (100 g) and 3 1/2 tbsp. of baking powder (30 g).

Beat to cream for 3 minutes at low speed.

Add 2 cups of milk or non dairy substitute (500 ml) and 4 medium eggs/eggs replacement and mix 3 minutes on medium speed. Add mixture into small greased moulds.

Bake at 150 ºC for 15 minutes

         For Crepes:

Add 700ml of water, 4 medium eggs  and 100g of melted butter in a mixer bowl.

Beat for 2 minutes at low speed and then stop.

Start adding the 500 g of Nnova Rice Multi-purpose Savoury Premix gradually and mix for additional 3 minutes on a medium speed.

          Leave the batter rest for 15 minutes and prepare!
