Our Gluten Free Butter Cookies roll out nicely, and have a beautifully tender/crisp texture. They are perfect for any kind of cutout cookies. You can also add your own favourite add-ins: chocolate chips, raisins, dried cranberries, whatever you love in a drop cookie. Or simply enjoy these buttery cookies as they are.

Makes about 60 cookies of 4 cm diameter each.

INGREDIENTS: Sugar, rice ﬂour, corn starch, deodorized soybean oil, dextrose, raising agents (sodium bicarbonate, sodium aluminium sulphate and anhydrous monocalcium phosphate), mixture of natural and artiﬁcial butter ﬂavourings, carboxyl methyl cellulose (stabilizer) and salt.

Add the following ingredients in a mixer bowl: 500 g butter cookies premix, 2 tbsp of water (10 g), 1/2 stick margarine melted (62 g) and a medium egg.
Beat for 3 minutes at low speed. Form cookie and place in greased pan.
Bake at 150 ºC (302 ºF) for 15 to 17 minutes.
