Our Rice Bread Premix, has been specially made for people who must eliminate their consumption of gluten and wants to bake fresh warm bread at home. As it is elaborated mainly with rice flour, it produces a bread with similar consistency and volume to traditional wheat-flour loaves.
Make bread rolls, loaves and much more. Perhaps add seeds, fruits and other product to enhance flavour and indulgence.
Easy to prepare in 3 simple steps: Add (water, oil, milk, eggs/egg replacement, yeast) + Beat + Bake.
Makes around 12 rolls or 24 scones or one loaf.
Contains 1 vacuum sealed package inside of 17.65 oz / 500g. This vacuum packing is aimed to preserve the quality and stability of our mix.
INGREDIENTS: Rice ﬂour (44%), corn starch, sugar, polydextrose, non-dairy cream (partially hydrogenated soybean oil, corn syrup solids, sodium caseinate (derived milk), mono and di glycerides, di potassium phosphate, Amorphous Sodium Aluminosilicate , soy lecithin, salt, deodorized soybean oil, emulsiﬁers (distilled monoglycerides from vegetable fatty acids and sodium stearoyl lactylate ), xanthan gum (stabilizer), raising agents (sodium bicarbonate , sodium aluminium phosphate and mono calcium phosphate anhydrous, artiﬁcial butter ﬂavour and ascorbic acid.

Add the following ingredients to 500 g of Rice Premix : 70 ml of water, 70 ml of vegetable oil, 150 ml of milk or non-diary substitute, 2 small eggs and one and a half tbsp. of yeast.
Beat for one minute to low speed and three minutes at medium speed. Deposit the dough into a greased deep baking tin (deeper than 2”), keep resting for 2 h.
Bake in a preheat oven for 40 to 50 minutes to 150°C (302°F) .
