This website is only for delivery of products to customers within the UK and Europe.

Delivery Charges

Our delivery charges will be £3.99 from £1 to £50.00 to UK Mainland only, for orders

not exceeding 26kg.

 *Heavy orders (26kg or over) will incur a surcharge of £5.00 (per 26 kg)

For orders of more than 2kg we provide a tracking service through our courier DPD. You can track the delivery on their DPD website. You should enter your email address and mobile number when ordering. DPD will then send shipment notifications to your mobile and then you can do the following:

  1. Monitor the delivery of the order
  2. Change the delivery date
  3. Change the delivery window
  4. Watch the delivery van on the map and see how far away they are (you can also see a picture of the driver)

Saturday delivery options (available to UK Mainland customers only)

If you chose a Saturday delivery the parcel will be delivered the same week if the order was placed any time before Friday 2pm. The cost for a Saturday delivery is £10 per parcel.

Delivery Times

UK Mainland orders

We aim to dispatch the same day for all orders placed before 1pm. All orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note that no orders are dispatched on weekends or bank/public holidays.

For orders up to 2kg we use Royal Mail and the expected delivery time is of 3-5 days. However, in some exceptional cases this can take up to 28 days to be delivered.

For orders of more than 2kg we use DPD and the expected delivery time is of 2-4 days.

Delivery times quoted are estimates only, and Latino Gourmet Ltd shall not be liable for any delays caused except to the extent caused wilfully or negligently by us. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

We guarantee that any breakages will be either refunded or replaced. Photographic evidence will be required in order to allow the claim to be processed.

In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problem, as soon as you become concerned and within 24 hours of delivery for damage or faulty goods.

If you leave an instructions for the courier where to leave parcel if you are not at home without signing for it, you immediately waive your right to compensation if the item is damaged or stolen as it isn’t possible to guarantee its integrity after delivery.

This website is only for delivery of products to customers within the UK and Europe. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

Cancel an order

Upon a successful order you will receive an order acknowledgement email. When your order is accepted you will then receive another email confirming your order. You are able to cancel your order via email at any point, until it has been confirmed by a confirmation email.


We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details and stock availability. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. By accepting these terms and conditions you consent to such checks being made. In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. You can rest assured that this is done only to confirm your identity, that a credit check is not performed and that your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.

All prices are shown in £ sterling and exclude VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated.

Out of stocks

If an item is not in stock when we process your order we will process the remaining items so that we get your order to you as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

We are aimed to deliver products of high-quality produce that we’re sure you will enjoy. Please verify the products’ information on our website, before they are purchased. Please also keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or on the delivery packaging, as you might need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales queries.

We will not accept any returns other than damaged products. We guarantee that any breakages will be either refunded or replaced. Photographic evidence will be required in order to allow the claim to be processed.
