Coronavirus update – a message to customers
During these difficult times, we are fully committed to support the Coeliac community across UK, by keeping stock of our products and offering a good customer service with a prompt response.
We are working with our supplier in Costa Rica to ensure continuous supply. At the moment due to the unprecedented demand, we have run out of stock in some of our lines but a new cargo it’s been prepared and will be arriving to UK in early May.
We are monitoring the situation very closely and if we experience any changes in our delivery service, will follow up with customers as the situation develops. If you have any specific questions, please contact your customer service team at email@example.com.
In the meantime, we would like to wish you all to keep save and healthy and never forget that there is always a light at the end of the tunnel.
