Venezuelan Gluten Free Ham Bread Rolls

1- Add following ingredients in a mixer bowl:

-500g Nnova Rice Bread

-70ml room temperature water

-150ml room temperature milk or milk substitute

-70ml vegetable oil/ olive oil

-1 ½ tbsp. yeast

-2 small eggs

 

For the stuffing:

- Ham slices

- Bacon

- Raisins

- Stuffed olives

 

2- Beat for 1 minutes at low speed and 3 additional 3 minutes at medium speed.

-Leave the dough rest for 2 hours in a warm place and cover with cling film.

-Sprinkle rice flour onto the baking mat.

-Divide the dough in two, roll and form 2 rectangles (as shown on picture 1).

-Place 2 big ham slices, leaving 1 ½ cm around the edges and then place 3 bacon strips, raisins, sprinkle with sultanas or raisins, stuffed olives and roll up dough and pinch seam to seal (as seen on picture 2).

-Repeat the process with the other dough half.

-Brush the 2 rolls with a beaten egg.

 

3- Bake in a preheat oven at 150 ºC for 40 to 50 minutes.

Let the bread cool down slice and enjoy it!
