250g Nnova Rice Multi-purpose Savoury Premix makes around
60 blinis of 4cm each
1- Add the following ingredients in a mixer bowl:
- 250g Nnova Rice Multi-purpose Savoury Premix
- 50g melted butter
- 15g GF baking powder
2- Beat for 3 minutes a low speed and then add 250 ml dairy free milk and 2 eggs and mix 3 minutes on medium speed.
3- Bake into small greased muffin moulds in a preheat oven at 150oC between 8 to 10 minutes.
Heat a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.
Add a spoon full of the batter and when bubbles start to appear on the surface of the batter, turn the blini over and cook the other side.
Remove the blini from the pan and keep warm while you make the rest of the blinis in the same way.
To serve, place a spoonful of dairy free cream cheese onto each blini, with some salmon and dill (or your favourite toppings) and arrange on a large serving plate. Enjoy it!
